Located on Whyte Avenue, Ampersand 27 presents a gorgeous combination of natural and contemporary style. One of downtown Edmonton’s dining hot spots got major re-vamp after 30 years! El Cortez Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
What’s better than delicious Mexican fare? Well, it’s Mexican fare served in a seriously unique and style infused environment! El Cortez features a hauntingly beautiful design approach complete with candles sitting atop mountains over over-dripped wax. The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald – Empire Ballroom
This Edmonton landmark is over 100 years old and is basically a castle right in heart of our city! It’s no surprise that the Hotel Macdonald has swoon-worthy interiors. One of our favourites spots inside this iconic destination is the Empire Ballroom, which opens its doors every Sunday for their renowned brunch. Blush draperies, chandeliers adorned with colourful jewels, and ceiling details that will keep you looking upwards are just a few of the must-see elements of this opulent space.
Black Pearl Seafood Bar
This is themed décor done right! Set sail on a sea-fueled design adventure and explore the nautical style of Black Pearl. Inside you’ll see spot on accents like a ship’s helm, fishermen’s net, and industrial lighting; however, our favourite detail is the is the old-world map that’s showcased on the ceiling.
Duchess Bake Shop
A Parisian style bakery that is simple yet oh-so-chic. There’s something that’s just perfect about the white bakery walls and the mismatch of French provincial furniture placed throughout Duchess. Coffered ceilings accented with gold pair flawlessly with chandeliers and give the space a touch of glam. If you’re trying to create an effortlessly cool French look within your home this is definitely a must-visit.
