All products have a 90 days warranty, provided by the manufacturer. Many products have additional warranties which our sales associates would be happy to explain to you.
All product remains property of Ideal Home Furnishings until paid in full. Delivery/pick-up must be scheduled within 6 weeks of purchase or storage fees may incur unless otherwise noted on invoice.
24 hours notice is required for any changes in the delivery date and/or time. Notification less than 24 hours prior to delivery may be subject to additional charges.
It is the responsibility of the client and delivery staff to thoroughly inspect product upon delivery of product. If product is being picked up at warehouse, it is the responsibility of warehouse staff and client to thoroughly inspect product at point of pickup. Once items have been inspected and signed off in good condition, it is no longer Ideal Home Furnishings responsibility for said product, it becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer. A 90 day manufacturer warranty is in place.
All products may be assembled by the purchaser. However, improper set up can result in limited or null warranty.
Natural products such as wood or leather may have some imperfections that can be expected and are not considered a defect.
Special order product may take up to 12 weeks.
Floor Model, Special Order, As Is, Clearance and Final Sale product is non-refundable and not returnable. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Guardsman Protection Plan is serviced only by "Guardsman" directly, not Ideal Home Furnishings.
For delivery: Please measure your home/doorways to fit your new furniture. A restocking fee may apply if uncrated merchandise does not fit through doorways or into basements.
Ideal Home Furnishings is not responsible for any damages to personal property during delivery. However the delivery company must assume responsibility for any damages inflicted to personal property that may occur during the delivery.
Customers are free to choose and arrange their own method of delivery. Any problems that arise during shipping/delivery through any other delivery service are the customer's responsibility. Ideal Home Furnishings releases all responsibility for product once picked up and signed for.
Sales are not made on approval basis and are considered final unless otherwise noted on the invoice at time of purchase.
